Introduction
Case Mix Dates mailing lists are a service RUG Tools, LLC provides to nursing facilities in case mix states. Each case state has specific dates when facilities should take action or make sure work is completed before a deadline, such as cutoff dates for acceptance of assessments for incorporation into a quarter's CMI calculation or the date when a preliminary CMI report should become available. By joining these mailing lists, you will receive by e-mail a reminder of these dates and what should be happening at your facility. Click on the state link to your right to get more information about that state's specific set of case mix events and to read the messages that are e-mailed for those events. In each state's page, there is a link to sign up for the e-mail list. A confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address you enter when you sign up. You must reply from that e-mail address to be signed up for the e-mail list. To confirm your membership in any specific list, contact support@rugtools.com.
