January 6-Posting of First Preliminary Time-Weighted CMI Resident Roster Report, Time-Weighted CMI Report Summary and Medicaid Delinquent Assessment Report for the quarter October 1-December 31 of the previous year. February 7- Posting of Second Preliminary Time-Weighted CMI Resident Roster Report, Time-Weighted CMI Report Summary and Medicaid Delinquent Assessment Report for the quarter October 1-December 31 of the previous year. February 15-Cutoff date for acceptance of MDS transmissions for inclusion in the calculation of the Case Mix Index for the quarter October 1-December 31 of the previous year. March 7- Posting of Final Time-Weighted CMI Resident Roster Report, Time-Weighted CMI Report Summary and Medicaid Delinquent Assessment Report for the quarter October 1-December 31 of the previous year. If your Fiscal Year End falls in that quarter, your Annual Facility Average Normalization CMI Report will be posted within five business days of the posting of the final reports.
