This information is based on the Myers and Stauffer's 2006 CMI Listing Report and Transmission Schedule. If you see anything which should be corrected, please contact support@rugtools.com.

1. January 15-Cutoff date for acceptance of MDS transmissions for inclusion in preliminary CMI listing for the point-in-time date of December 31.
2. February 6-Myers & Stauffer mails out the preliminary CMI listing for the December 31 point-in-time date.
3. February 28-Cutoff date for acceptance of MDS transmissions for inclusion in the final CMI listing report for the December 31 point-in-time date and the cut off date for payer type corrections to be received by Myers and Stauffer.
4. March 20-Myers & Stauffer transfers the final CMI listing reports for the December 31 point-in-time date. NC Division of Medical Assistance mails these to the facilities along with the CMI rate letters.
5. April 15-Cutoff date for acceptance of MDS transmissions for inclusion in preliminary CMI listing for the point-in-time date of March 31.
6. May 5-Myers & Stauffer mails out the preliminary CMI listing for the March 31 point-in-time date.
7. May 31-Cutoff date for acceptance of MDS transmissions for inclusion in the final CMI listing report for the March 31 point-in-time date and the cut off date for payer type corrections to be received by Myers and Stauffer.
8. June 20- Myers & Stauffer transfers the final CMI listing reports for the March 31 point-in-time date. NC Division of Medical Assistance mails these to the facilities along with the CMI rate letters.
9. July 15-Cutoff date for acceptance of MDS transmissions for inclusion in preliminary CMI listing for the point-in-time date of June 30.
10. August 7-Myers & Stauffer mails out the preliminary CMI listing for the June 30 point-in-time date.
11. August 31-Cutoff date for acceptance of MDS transmissions for inclusion in the final CMI listing report for the June 30 point-in-time date and the cut off date for payer type corrections to be received by Myers and Stauffer.
12. September 20-Myers & Stauffer transfers the final CMI listing reports for the June 30 point-in-time date. NC Division of Medical Assistance mails these to the facilities along with the CMI rate letters.
13. October 15-Cutoff date for acceptance of MDS transmissions for inclusion in preliminary CMI listing for the point-in-time date of August 31.
14. November 6-Myers & Stauffer mails out the preliminary CMI listing for the September 30 point-in-time date.
15. November 31-Cutoff date for acceptance of MDS transmissions for inclusion in the final CMI listing report for the September 30 point-in-time date.
16. December 20-Myers & Stauffer transfers the final CMI listing reports for the September 30 point-in-time date. NC Division of Medical Assistance mails these to the facilities along with the CMI rate letters.
