With purchase, the facility chooses whether it wants to receive the software via Internet download or via the U.S. Postal Service. A registration key is sent with the software, and the facility must use the registration key to activate its copy of the software. An electronic version of the manual is installed with the software.

The facility also is entitled to receive any updates free of charge for the duration of its license. The updates come encoded with each facility's current license end date.

The license starts five business days from the date software is mailed. The software ceases to function when the license runs out. The user is notified of the days remaining on the license upon each use of the software.

When the facility purchases a license extension, the facility receives a letter by e-mail or First Class U.S.P.S. with a key to use to extend the license for its installation.

License Duration is 1 Year.
